290310 - a day to remember

just a few hours ago, a tragedy happened in the heart of Moscow. 2 suicide bombers, female to be exact, bombed 2 different metro stations in Moscow. from the latest news, 37 innocent souls were killed and dozens were injured. Metro station Park Kultury and Lubyanka (arrowed)

the first bomb went off at 7.52am at Lubyanka station, the very heart of Moscow. just miles away from Kremlin, where Red Square is. and also, just miles away from where we have our Anatomy and Histology classes. at 8.39am, another bomb blasted another station along the same line, Park Kultury station. around 12-15 people died at the scene.

the explosions occured during rush hours,where tonnes of people take the early metro to work, classes (like us) etc etc etc..

the people of Moscow were great, they neither panic-ed nor created any havoc, for which the terrorists wanted. everything was calm and taken care of.

and for the ones who lost their loved ones in today's tragedy, may their Souls, be Rested In Peace..

the usual :)

the weather is really turning me on for the past few days. its was so damn good, and cooling, and breezy, that it was almost orgasmic. like for real! wearing winter coats are actually a burden now because it can get so hot underneath those layers of feathers.

oh btw, daylight time saving have been changed to 4 hours difference. so, the time difference between malaysia and moscow is only 4 hours, no more 5 hours. thats hell for us because we have one hour less to sleep and have to wake up one hour earlier than we usually do to go to classes! ARGHHHH! especially those irritating morning classes!

oh my GAWDDD! :(

but, at least i got to see greens and trees with leaves and flowers and beautiful skies with white fluffy clouds and people with their beautiful trench coats and me finally having the chance to wear one too hehehe :)

and so, life goes on as usual, busy as hell. with exams all over the place in a few weeks time, thinking of that can just kill us. but the beauty of it, is that after all the annoying exams, we can finally GO HOME! weeeeeeeeeeeeeeee! :D 3 months exactly from now, i will be home, busy getting fat, finding my loved ones (my kuantan, kl and s'pore loves), and enjoying myself to the MAXXXX! :) omg the thought of going back just gives me butterflies. :/

the last fight. in snow.

yes winter is almost over, YAYYYYYYYY for every Malaysian student. you have no idea how much we dreaded for the sun and heat for the past, 4 months i guess? but still the temperature is yoyo-ing and haven't reach a stable cooling temperature yet.

and so, we the 4th-floor-ians decided, before the cold ends, lets have the last snow fight. the snow was still thick and haven't fully melted yet, so why not?

but one thing we don't know about, is the snow have been there for quite some time. and over the period, it harden up. it was so hard that even we could even stand on it, but not for long of course. oh btw, that mess in the snow from the pic was made by ussssss! -->

this snow 'wonderland' was actually a park, with trees and benches and grasses during spring, autumn, but when winter strikes, no more. the snow actually reached my knee so it was difficult to move around, and that was exactly the fun part! yeahhhhh!

all night long, we fight, we raced, we fell, we laughed, we panted, we had fun..

and finally, another round of shopping for me before the weather totally changes. and only God knows when will i stop HAHAHA!! :D

this shopping mall i can say its one of the biggest one here in Moscow, its something like Kota Damansara in KL, where IKEA, The Curve and Ikano Power Station are all in one place. This one, it has IKEA also, but with two Moscow malls called Mega and Ashan.

this time it was all about spring. so got myself a pair of faded jeans and a small trench, *satisfaction* yeahhhh!

i got this two both for retail price and i swear the original price will blow your mind, especially the trench, talking about epic MAJOR discounts! hehe ;)

besides, i just had my histology mcq weekly exam again and 5/5 again, yeahhhhhhh again! not something to be proud of because almost everyone gets perfect 5. only 12 questions and those who didnt get 5 can bang their heads against the wall. ;)

im sooooooooooooo tired now, walking around malls can really burn those calories and strain up those muscles man. imma get myself a nice cup of hot chocolate and watch a nice movie and relaaaaaaaaaax.. ahhhhhhhhh..

from what i know, the anatomy we're doing in first year's syllabus is wayyyyyyy much easier than what is prepared for us in the future. the seniors are screaming for help during anat exam and we are just procrastinating. lucky much? hell no

but i cant, it will be stuck with me for the rest of my miserable life. goshhhhhh..
