Summer Holiday Trilogy. [Due]

ok where did i stop? hmmmmmmmmmmmmm.. owh ya, the short but fantastic family vacation. yeah it was definitely memorable, me and my mum talking about.. basically everything, from her childhood, to her teenage life, to her university life, to her marriage life and how i suck at being a filial son, whatever.. im just kidding.

but me and mum are like really, really close. 'duhhhhhhhh.. dude, you're from her.' ok yeah, but still some of my friends, when they skype with their mums or dads, all they say is :'' ya everything is fine here. ya i have enough money, oh no wait! i think you need to bank in a little bit more. ya the weather here is cold. ya mum of course i am eating properly here. yes mother i have been studying, and no i am not on the laptop e.v.e.r.y.t.i.m.e.. ok mum fine, i will go and study after this. *rolls eyes*'..'' bla bla bla.. and with all the usual heart-warming conversation that really bring tears to the eyes.. -.-''

ok im being carried away, where was i?.. ohya summer vacation ya. alright, so after the short family break, did i mentioned it was totally fantastic? i did right.. lol. and so after that. another afs activity! since every year Kuantan has been receiving quite a handful of exchange students and honestly, im very proud of my mother, because of her AFS is known in Kuantan and the afs office trust in our ability to host more students. that means more work. -.-

and so, the exchange students have been hosted in Kuantan for almost 1 month, to date (they're here for year program exchange, one year in Malaysia). and according to afs protocol, we are suppose to have an arrival orientation for all the students. so since i was in my hometown, me and my friend, another AFS volunteer decided to volunteer for this orientation. we had this orientation in Sungai Lembing, a small village at the outskirts of Kuantan, approximately 25km away from town. i have to say, its one of the most charming and traditional Chinese villages thats still existing in Pahang, it is now a hot tourist attraction spot. and this village also used to be the biggest tin-mining area in the ENTIRE world. pretty cool huh? :)

instead of me blabbing, i present..

# a huge ass centipede. more like a kilopede -.-

# one of the main reason to climb the infamous Sungai Lembing Mountain.

# and voila, the epic reason to climb the mountain. simply breathtaking. :)

sorry for the lack of piccas, stoopid hostel line is KILLING ME!

STAY TUNED! i saved the BEST for LAST!! im too lazy to continue -.-
